GAMMA PSI SORORITY

Gamma Psi formed as a social, service, academic society for women at Young Harris College. The society charter was established Jan 23, 1995. On Sept 7, 2010, the college Inter-Greek Council officially voted Gamma Psi on to the council, thus changing the group status to a recognized campus sorority. Gamma Psi is a locally based sorority and not a member of national or international Greek or Panhellenic governing organizations for sororities or fraternities. We feel this gives us the freedom to conduct and govern our sisterhood with individuality that is in concert with the campus and community. We take pride in our individuality!

        

 

ABOUT YOUNG HARRIS COLLEGE

Young Harris College is a private, residential liberal arts college located in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. The College is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and welcomes students from all backgrounds. Young Harris, Georgia is located in the southern Appalachian Mountains, ideally situated between the Chattahoochee,
Cherokee and Nantahala National Forests, and a scenic
two-hour drive from Atlanta, Georgia and Chattanooga,
